Noticed it on Wednesday whilst in the shower. It's mainly my right forearm and my right flank/rib. Couple of dots on my left forearm. Nowhere else.
It's completely colourless, very fine, not itchy whatsoever, wouldn't have noticed it at all had I not felt it with my hand. It just feels like little rough bumps.
I've added a picture of the bumps on my forearm (I've picked at a few because that's the type of person I am), I'll not add the picture of my flank because I've tried to exfoliate it thinking it was just rough dry skin which has made the dots red, when they weren't originally red, so that picture might be misleading.
I've not been unwell. Any ideas?
