If you've had all the tests, it might be referred pain from your back/neck, especially if you lugging a toddler around. My first stop would be an osteopath. If they can't treat you they won't but probably give good insight for your next step.

But you've seen multiple doctors and had multiple tests, and nothing is wrong with you.

Health anxiety is the usual diagnosis in cases like this.

i did think this at the start but a chiropractitioner i saw said you wouldn't get jaw /face /arm usually from spine injury’s as nerves are usually there 💁🏻‍♀️

Have they tested you for any vitamin deficiencies? I have similar issues (and also am carrying my toddler alot) and heart scans have shown no problems there but they are now testing me for vit deficiencies. At first I thought that was silly given my symptoms but now I've looked into vitb12 deficiencies, I can see I'm displaying a lot of the symptoms

This is completey untrue or a misunderstaning, depending on where the problem lies, you can get nerve pain from a back issue in your jaw, arm, leg. I have a problem in my neck than cause pain down my arm and give a numb thumb. I have known others where neck issues radiate into the jaw.

By the way, a very large percentage of things an osteo/chiro deals with aren't spinal injuries but injuries to the muscles around the spine that are impacting on the spine.

Doctors are perfectly able to tell the OP there's nothing wrong with her, dismiss her pain and discomfort, and tell her it's all in her head without you doing it as well. Why are they testing her heart anyway, when it is blindingly obvious to anyone reading this thread that it is a back/muscular issue.

Lugging a heavy toddler around for a very long time one-sided could easily put your back out, give you trapped nerves, or referred pain elsewhere in the body.

@Lina15 I'd suggest that perhaps you pay for a consultation with an osteopath.

so what i meant to say is my pain all started with left lower chest - back radiating pain 6 months ago but the last month it’s been the same just added arm jaw face ache the chiroprat i went to see told me a pulled back would not cause all the refered pain he said yes if you had a nerve pulled close to the neck nerve you may get jaw and face or mid spine you’d get arm pain but jaw arm and face ache is not from a chest or back injury uou would not get (if that makes sense ) so since then it had me worried as i haven’t pulled my neck the pain is stemming from something feels in my chest or upper back
interested to see your response thanks
