Very high cholesterol results?

Hi all, I just had a health assessment (work benefit) with the following cholesterol readings

Total- 7.3mmol/l
HDL- 2.21mmol/l
LDL- 4.7mmol/l
Triglycerides -0.95mmol/l

I am 36 and have a normal BMI / waist to height ratio. Diet is low in processed and red meat but high in sweet treats and crisps.

Just wondering if people have thoughts on interpreting these results? Are these really bad? Time for drastic changes to lifestyle or to follow up with GP?

If this is a bupa type assessment, they will have given guidance - what did the clinician say?
your total is high yes but triglycerides are low (good thing) and hdl are fine.

The results needed a retest as it was so high, so I couldn't discuss them with the doctor during the session. The report says to reduce the LDL, eating less sat fats, having more avocados. Oily fish etc. but I feel like the results are very contradictory!
