Blood results due to hair loss - should I be supplementing on this range?

Ferritin needs to be above 70 for healthy hair growth. I’d supplement if I were you, you’d likely feel better up towards 100. Nice guidelines are to treat if under 30 and yours is only just above and has dropped since June.

Thanks for the reply. Very frustrating that they don't advise that and can see I have previous history of V low iron!
