Watched in awe as my SIL dropped two stone in 6 weeks - signed up straight away and now proud owner of 21 sachets of guff - my food for next week (and £34 worse off!!)

Give me honest views and experience of the diet please

I lost 3 1/2 stone last year in 3 and a half months and loved it. Hated the sachets though and used the tetra packs the whole time. I felt really good on it as well with loads of energy.
There is a really good web forum for different diets and has a really good section for cambridge diet. Cant remember what it was called though.

that encouraging and well done by the way!!! Have you been able to keep the weight off since losing it?

I've put a stone on over the course of a year and am well on teh way to losing it now throught exercise and cutting down on treats.

I'll try to find the link as the photos and stories were so inspirational.

I am going to start tomorrow and am quite looking forward to it. Got the sachets for now but I think I'll probably get the cartons next becayse its so much easier and quicker.

I lost a stone then ended up with gallstones and had to have gall bladder surgery. I wouldn't recommend it!
