Abnormal urate / high urate - why?

Hi
I had my urate tested earlier this month

The result was abnornal / high

Its being retested this week

I have a whole bunch of health conditions

I have had increased nausea this month

I got drs to test for UTI - incase that was reason 4 nausea but nope

Has anyone else had high urate ?

If so - how was it dealt with please ?

I have. I was told that it was of no clinical significance, if I didn't have other symptoms (gout, kidney stone type pain etc). Mine was something like 488, which is a long way above normal. I suspect it might have been dehydration or something contributing to it (I sweat hugely). It was part of a panel of bloods done for rheumatology screening, so was never followed up or repeated.

Ive felt extra poop this month

And i have very high , very frequent nausea

I have cfs , ibs , pcos etc

I have a rhuematologist referal in

( saw 1 last year too )

I do sweat ( i think thats linked to pcos and unbalanced hormones )

They did a blood test 4 my kidneys this month - said they are fine .
