over 4 months ago I developed Plantar Fasciitis and tho i did all the exercises got insoles it did not improve so GP said they dont do sonic etc so an injection was the best option. I do have steroid injections in my hand and thumb which are quite unpleasant so i am used to them normally
well even the GP who did it yesterday said he wouldnt have it done very painful but as I run my own shop I cannot keep hobbling about like this and its been 4 months of hell
anyway he was not joking as he started I felt sick but when he hit the nerve i thought i was going to pass out
he has told me it will be uncomfortable and not to walk on my heel for a few days but walking on my toes sort of is very uncomfortable making all my foot hurt the pain kicked in mega this morning around 3 hardly slept I have kept my foot iced like he said but the pain is more than i can cope with i dont know what i should do
i run my own shop have no back up so wondering how i will cope tomorrow does anyone have had this have any tips to help me please
