Probiotics

Hello!

Can i have advice on probiotics please? Far too much choice on Boots and H&B website!

I've seen yakult in Asda and used to have these many years ago. Do I just stick to Yakult or is there anything better please?

We take actimel. Helps with the gut and the immune system.
We have been taking for over 2 years and neither of us has had a cold etc.
DH has bowel issues and it's help him.

It's mainly for bloating, general feeling of sluggishness in stomach and improved digestion.

Looking at yakult it's quite high in sugar. I shall give aktimel a go!

Google Tim Spector and probiotics. He gives good information on which ones are best. It is very confusing otherwise.
