Gabapentin grogginess

How long does it last? Been put on it for nerve pain, but won't be able to continue if this carries on

It made me feel nauseous.

I can only take it at bedtime, I can’t function if I take it during the day and I need to work.
At least it gives me a good nights sleep. I used to be tossing and turning all night in pain. I just have to put up with the pain during the day.

Thanks both. Slightly less groggy this morning...

Please do be careful with it - it gave me very severe vertigo so I did not continue with it as it was increasing my risk of falls.
