Angiomyolipoma (kidney tumour) and pregnancy? Do I need to get it removed before thinking about pregnancy?

I have found out that I have this tumour that is non cancerous following an ultrasound. I thinking about becoming pregnant in the next year. I have read that it grows more rapidly during pregnancy and was not sure what people usually do? GP was not very good at passing back the I formation and didn’t give much detail other than it’s nothing to worry about. Then I read on internet that it might have to be removed before pregnancy and obviously GP hasn’t mentioned that when they told me about results.
