Just wondering if an optician or a GP can’t confirm what I was told today.
My GP referred me to an NHS opthalmolgist, who told me that the NHS don’t do narrow angles laser op’s as a preventative measure.
she urged me to pay privately and get it done without delay.
one of my eyes has been lazy since a child and I have very little vision from it, ie I can’t read with that one eye. Reading some info today after I came home (from another health authority) I read that if you only have one good eye you should have the angles dealt with asap.
feeling very confused that my GP sent me to have this sorted but basically been rejected.
