Lumps and weird symptoms -what could it be?

My friend has been having lumps on her back ,the doctor said cysts.
She had 2 removed and a week later more lumps appear.
She had a lump in her breast appear and a really painful armpit.
She has been having hot sweats especially at night,and feeling faint
The doctor did her bloods yesterday and has sent her a text today to say he is ringing her about her blood test.
She's asked me what it could be
I have no idea
Could it be some sort of infection ?

She has been referred to breast unit about breast lump but doctor said it will probably be a cyst

And also really itchy skin

I'd let her speak to the doctor especially as it doesn't sound she will have to wait long.

She's doing doctor Google with me now
