Anti-nausea ideas - feeling awful

Had a migraine last night, and now feeling sick all day (without actually being sick).

I've taken my migraine anti-sickness meds, but they haven't worked; sipped coca-cola (my usual hangover saviour) that hasn't worked; sipped water; sipped fizzy water; small bites of toast; sipped ginger tea.

I've got to go pick up my 1 year old from nursery soon and I just don't know how I'm going to be able to parent later. I just feel so awful.

It is a vicious circle when you have nausea - the not eating just makes it worse but you feel too sick to eat. I find the only thing I can manage in these circumstances is yoghourt or a yoghourt drink. This seems to coat the stomach and calm it down.

I do appreciate though that some people can't stomach milk based things when feeling sickly.

@ForPearlViper thank you. Might give that a go - although the idea of yoghurt doesn't make me feel great.

Love hearts settle my reflux when I'm feeling sick, might be worth a try?

Mint tea? Or chew an actual bit of mint out of the garden. That helps me. Best of luck with it x

I always drink black tea.
Any old tea sweet no milk.

Salty carbs work for me. I'm always a bit 🤮🤮🤮 at the thought but feel better after having them.
