Kidney function

My doctor rang yesterday because my Kidney function has dropped from 76 to 64 since 2019. They want me to repeat the bloods in 4 weeks time.

My results are;

CKD-EPI 64
Serum Urea 8.8
Serum Creatine 97

There is a history of ADPKD in the family, one parent and two siblings have this, I asked if they think I need another scan (had one around 2016ish age 27/28 which was clear although nothing in my NHS app about this) the receptionist said she will pass that info to the doctor and let me know.

Just wondered if anyone who knows anything about kidneys thinks I should be worried or not while I wait for the doctor to get back to me.

I would absolutely want another scan with that history. Not sure on nice guidance but I'd ask for another scan for reassurance given the function drop.
In terms of function, 64 is fine in terms of keeping you well but it's lower than you'd expect for your age. But so was the 2019 number. I don't think you need to worry as such, you are well. You can be supported to keep well. However this will need monitoring.
Is your blood pressure controlled? That's vital.

Probably best for your gp to write to local nephrology and ask for a plan. Your siblings are presumably already under consultant care? Is that local to you?

My siblings are under consultant care yes, one is at the point of needing a transplant, not sure how well the other is getting on. They both have high blood pressure.

My blood pressure has always been fine and nothing was commented on in 2019 although I can't remember why I had those bloods.
