Electric shocks every time I cough

Down my spine, arms and legs and in my breasts! Ow! Tmi but down my spine too when I try for a poo too. Do I need to be concerned? Anyone had similar?

I have had this with Covid, and also after the vaccine.

Keep well hydrated, it might help a little.
