Does anyone here have an over active bladder?

My doctor thinks I have an ivermectin active bladder. I'm not massively concerned but knowing would definitely be helpful! I have to keep a water diary for 2 days of the amount of fluid and urine.
This is how today has gone.... does this look normal?
I know I drink a lot but it's mainly water!

Yes, I used to have it but managed to get it under control by cutting out my triggers. I can't drink fresh orange juice, tea, instant coffee, fizzy drinks, white or rose wine or acidic soft drinks. I drink redbush tea, chicory, one filter coffee a day, water, milk, apple juice and red wine. Chocolate causes irritation as do tomatoes and citrus fruits. You have to identify your triggers. Drink lots of water and nothing else for two or three days. A big irritant is tea though. People think it's healthy, but the tannin irritates the bladder like crazy.

Tea is the worse trigger for me. If I cut drastically down on that things improve greatly.

When you guys say irritant, do you mean that causes you to go more or it causes discomfort?

This all started for me because of pain when passing water but no infection or any other problems!
