My blood pressure readings were 95/51, 104/57 and 96/55 is this considered low blood pressure ? I used a at home wrist blood pressure monitor

Depends on what your normal is , that would be fine for me

Wrist ones aren’t great, and the BHF doesn’t recommend them.
However, it’s low end of normal, rather than low. Do you get dizzy at all? Knee length compression stockings can help if you do (pharmacy sell them or you can buy prescription brand ones like Activa yourself off Amazon/ebay etc. measuring guides are online.) Are you low weight? Do you eat a low salt diet? Do you drink much fluid throughout the day?

mine is also low due to heart issues. Worth getting checked out by a Dr
