Too much bending - back has flared up.
Found this in my handbag from last winter - pretty sure it's Solpadeine Max.
Does anyone know?
TIA

Thanks.

This is my antihistamine - Benadryl. But it has a symbol on it.

No. They are redder. Tbh I wouldn’t be taking pills I don’t know.

EggandStress · 19/10/2024 21:56

Agree they are much brighter red.

BaguetteLady · 19/10/2024 21:59

The actual pill is redder - the image from the phone camera is much paler.

I'm pretty sure it's Solpadeine Max because I don't take a lot of tablets and I know what everything else is, but I'm scared of tablets. I can pick up some tomorrow. Good lesson to not keep tablets loose in cases!

It looks like it yeah. If it's redder. But if you're in pain you should get some first thing tomorrow, and use paracetamol if you have it in he meantime. That one tablet won't do much. But equally it's probably not going to harm you as it's clearly something you've had before.

Many thanks @BobbyBiscuits . I do have some paracetamol here. x

@BaguetteLady Deffo take those, and get something stronger from the pharmacy tomorrow. I hope there is one open near you on a Sunday? I wish I could send you some of my painkillers via carrier pigeon! Wishing you well xx

This is my Solpadeine Max, bright pink?
Not sure if yours is quite pink enough?

OP, Fexofenadine looks like your tablet as a PP suggested, but has 012 written on it.
What is the liklihood of you having a stray Solpadeine Max in your bag?
If it is likely, I'd take it. It probably won't do you any harm, apart from it possibly not working as its an anti histamine.
Heartburn tablets (esoneprazole/Nexium) look similar to yours too except they have 20mg etched on one side and A EH on the other.
At the end of the day only you can decide...but I doubt it'll be so risky as to actually do you harm.

BaguetteLady · 19/10/2024 23:30

Nailed it, @Oneearringlost . Your image looks just like my tablet.
It's fairly likely - I took some last winter when I was traveling. I put tablets in a little case so I don't have to carry packets.
Many thanks! x

Hope it worked on the pain. Xx

BaguetteLady · 20/10/2024 19:25

Thanks so much @Oneearringlost . It did help - and it was the Solpadeine Max! I got a supply today at Boots.

Very good of you to check in. xx
