Totally different to my normal questions..

but I've had enough of lumpy gone flat pillows..Dunelm used to be good..

I struggle with back pain and
I'm looking for decent price bounce back firm-medium pillows that hold their shape..

Any recommendations?

I love Premier Inn's own brand. I also have two cylindrical pillows to cushion my neck when sitting up in bed. Good luck.

I bought a dunlopillo latex pillow a few years ago, it's the best pillow I've had in my life. Expensive yes, but for years I'd buy pillows in the hope they were the right one but they never were. It bounces back so never goes flat, doesn't need plumping, breathable so no sweaty head, has kept its shape for at least 5 years and above all is so comfortable.

After spending literally thousands over the years, I gave up looking for the unicorn pillow! I just buy new, cheaper ones every few months. And I have them three deep, so I can swap them around and make different shapes. One firm, one medium and one soft in the stack.

Now I just need the unicorn mattress topper. I found it at Aldi, but that was four years ago and it's starting to cave.

Pillows with a silk filling are amazing, not cheap but so worth it.

We have bamboo pillows that are quite flat with a dip to cushion your neck. Took a little while to get used to but really comfy.
