Debilitating Thighs

Me again I'm desperate, this is absolutely awful the pain, the stinging, every movement walking, sitting, walking up stairs, in bed my thighs sting and burn and hurt so much and I get like bee sting feelings in them. Been told its inflammation from my current eczema flare up. I'll attach another 2 pics I'll put as sensitive image so they don't jump out on the screen at everyone. This affects my every day being. I've got ibuprofen and Naproxen medications but I don't know if there's something different. Doesn't seem anyone wants to do anything at the moment for this but by God I may have other Health issues but by god this is just beyond awful. I questioned Lipedema and basically pretty much told no don't think so. Anyone any ideas or believe that yes if I've got eczema then it's inflammation and swelling from Eczema. But I don't know why it's in them places anyone might have any other ideas? Thankyou.

Lanacaine and anti histamine cream.

Rub on.

Put dressing on top.

Op, who’s is reviewing this? Your gp, or a dermatologist?

I know I'm fat but it's not chub rub.

I'd try an antihistamine and see if that takes down the redness a bit. What do you currently use to treat your eczema? Using a longer cycling type short will stop them rubbing together and hopefully help with the inflammation, just make sure they are cotton and breathable.
