Tongue tingling and feels bumpy

Hi! Anyone have this feeling? Tongue feels tingling and sometimes bumpy. My palate also feels bumpy. I don't know if its a tolerance

I have this but if I avoid anything tomato based it's ok.

The bumpiness may be 'geographical tongue'.

So it can be because I eat a lot of acidic food? Did you ever get it checked?

It only lasts for say 30 mins after anything tomato based foods and I just know it's going to happen now even if I have ketchup or a spoon of baked beans. Presumably a slight allergy.

The Dentist told me about the 'geographical tongue'. It's nothing to worry about but can be a sign of inflammation. GP said it's common.
