On antibiotics for chest infection but not sure if I need to speak to Dr again

I'm not trying to use Mumsnet as a substitute for the Doctor and will probably ring tomorrow to be on the safe side unless I feel better by then, but in the meantime I thought I might just post on here to pick brains as I am still getting used to chest infections when immune suppressed...
(Am on immunosuppressants for Myasthenia)

I realised my chest wasn't feeling right yesterday and rang the Dr who prescribed my antibiotics, today I am still not feeling good and my chest /lungs feel a bit painful, kind of like they are burning on and off. My breathing doesn't feel terrible etc, I just feel a bit rotten. And I guess I am just not sure (because I didn't really get chest infections before I was on these meds) whether the burning type feeling is a totally normal part of a chest infection or something that means I should call GP again ?

Ring 111 and they will talk you through it and advise if you need an OOH GP check. You have a pre-existing condition and are immunosuppressed. I think you need to get medical advice tonight.

I really dont want to go anywhere tonight, although possibly you are right. I guess it can't do any harm to at least speak to OOH GP.

I just spent a week in hospital with a nasty case of bronchitis that started very similar to what you describe! I stupidly ignored the symptoms until it got really bad🥲

I, too, have Myasthenia!

Don't put it off.
I hope you feel better soon 💜
