Can anyone shed any light? Periods completely stopped at 31, all tests normal

I've posted on here before about this, but my periods stopped about 4 months ago. I'm 31 years old, a million percent not pregnant. I had been suffering with awful abdomen and back pain so went to the GP who referred me for bloods and an ultrasound.

I got the results back today and everything is absolutely normal. No cysts, no masses, no sign of PCOS, nothing awry in my bloods. I have a healthy BMI, I'm not stressed and nothing has changed in my life that could have led to this. I'm still suffering with permanent period pains but no actual periods and GP is stumped.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm glad it's nothing sinister but I'm feeling a bit low that there is no obvious answer.
