I finished a five-day course of clarithromycin last Wednesday, nearly a week ago. Never had gut troubles from a short course of antibiotics before, but I did this time.
I always eat live yogurt and home-made sauerkraut. I've added an twenty billion organisms probiotic supplement since finishing the antibiotics. Yet my bowls are looser and windier every day.
Is there something else I can do, or do I just have to wait it out?
