Late 30s, history of ENT issues. I’ve had bad sinus pain for the last 3 weeks (head, nose, ears, teeth), disrupted sleep (although that’s not too unusual), and low level nausea/spaced out.

The main symptom is just not feeling right, when you know there’s something going on but can’t fix it?

Been taking/doing the usual ENT things and taking paracetamol but it won’t budge.

I’ve got an history of burnout, so maybe it’s just life catching up with me after a stressful year. Any other suggestions?

It could be anything, ranging from blocked sinuses to serious issues (statistically much less likely!).

NHS says see your GP if symptoms last three weeks, so get a GP appointment https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/sinusitis-sinus-infection/

Sinusitis (sinus infection)

Find out about sinusitis, including the symptoms, how to treat it yourself, how a pharmacist can help, when to see a GP and the treatments they may recommend.

No answers unfortunately but I am in exactly the same state as you! Also suffer with sinus & ear issues and have felt like I have a low level head cold for the past 3 weeks. It's not getting any worse nor better. I'm also burning myself out so it could be related or it's a lurking virus. Hope you feel better soon
