Nervous about swollen lymph node

I have a swollen lymph node in my left armpit which is quite noticeable this morning.

I had a breast ultrasound 3 weeks ago and she said it was raised but did not say it looked suspicious and said everything was normal.

However I think it's got larger. Should I be concerned?

I personally wouldn’t worry unless it’s still there in a week or two? I had one on my chest like a big round ball and it just went away. Can happen sometimes.

@MumApril1990 that's why I'm a bit worried as the ultrasound was a few weeks ago but still there.
