Small dot bruises

Hi this afternoon I noticed these little dots on my shin and I don’t remember knocking myself
it’s not even like a bruise but small dots
Has anyone had this ?

I occasionally get purple/red-ish spots in a row where something has inadvertently aggravated me. Either from a bag strap on my shoulder or having my legs crossed stiffly, or just from scratching unconsciously.
I don't know if there is a name for it, but it is completely normal for me and I have never had any health issues. I am very fair skinned though and wonder if that is related?

If someone grabbed me hard I would produce a scattering of them. If you are remotely health anxious, you will read some hefty codswallop on google, so stay away. If you are worried mention to your doctor, but I am at least one data point where this is just run of the mill.

Strikes me, as it is in such a straight line, that something has bothered your leg. Something you may not have noticed at the time. I strongly doubt a deeper issues as the line pattern doesn't tally.

I would expect them to disappear within a few days.

Thakyou for taking the time to reply , I’ve woken up this morning & it’s the same hasnt got any worse . I’ve had a pretty rough time recently my dad passed away which is a huge loss & my dd has gone off to uni
my anxiety is pretty high , I’ve never had marks like this and don’t recall knocking my leg .
