Hello

curious if I’m missing something and if anyone else has thoughts.

im 38, nearly 39, with 3 children (1, 10, 12). Since having the 1 year old Im always always sick. Most recently I have Covid, but had a hoarse voice with teeny colds on and off for 5-6 weeks. Prior to that I had the flu, and have been sick with something every single month, including strep a/sepsis last December.

im a size 16, two sizes heavier than before I had the baby, so it could be weight related. But I’ve had my bloods checked and all tests keep coming back normal. I take vitamins including vitamin c and d, I drink lots of water, I eat reasonably well (but could eat less!). I go through terrible periods of sleeplessness related to baby or insomnia. But I try to nap where I can. I do take citalopram for post natal anxiety, but feeling really level and okay enough to come off. We don’t wear shoes in the house, and we deep clean the floors atleast once a week.

but why am I sick constantly? Are there any tests I should be asking for? Would love thoughts and help.

Because you have a baby. They are the absolute worst. I've never been as sick so often before having my kids (3 and 1).
