Ear infection?

I've recently had a cold and sore throat last week with a temp. All symptoms have subsided but I did a sinus rinse whilst unwell and as soon as I did it both ears felt full and blocked. Both ears still feel full and blocked and I'm getting very loud tinnitus plus feeling very dizzy and spaced out.

I went to the GP today who gave me antibiotics although there is no discharge but I'm having intermittent pain inside and behind my ear together with pressure on both sides of my neck behind the ears going down. The GP said my glands were only a little swollen.

I feel hungover. Has anyone else been through this?

I also have bad brain fog. Finding hard to function.

Have had ear infections in the past - not very nice and can cause dizziness & you're probably having the brain fog if you feel unwell . Hopefully the antibiotics should sort in a couple of days but go back if feeling worse .
