Very large haemorrhoid/pile

I have had piles from time to time in the past. They usually sort themselves out with a bit of germoloids or similar.
Currently I have a really large one which is uncomfortable and the itching is sometimes unbearable.
I'm working on avoiding constipation and using creams etc but I can't imagine how it will go without being removed.
Any tips please or information on how yours were treated.
Thanks.
Name changed for this one 🙄

You need to see a doctor about it if you haven’t already. They can prescribe much stronger creams and suppositories than you can buy over the counter. If those don’t work then you’ll be looking at some sort of surgery but I’ve had truly horrendous ones and usually the stronger suppositories do sort them.

Get to the GP. You don't know it's a haemorrhoid.

Thanks both. Will try and get there next week.
