Recurring blood in urine

I've been having recurring blood in urine for a few months on and of. Been given antibiotics for suspected urine infection which helped, but then came back again

Had a load of blood tests which were all fine, docs sent urine of for testing at hospital which was all clear as well
Having a scan soon, but woke up this morning with more blood in urine, no pain just blood

Bit concerned, and Google is obviously making me worry

And suggestions what it may be ?

Also like to add this was first thing in the morning, since then no more blood / red looking wee

Hey, I’m having the exact same problem as you! I have an ectropian cervix but this last week every morning I wake up and I urinate blood, I have no idea why. It just does it for the first wee and then nothing the rest of the day.
I did a urine sample yesterday to test for infection but haven’t heard back yet. I’m so worried about it.
Have you found anything else out since you posted?

Just to update they found no infection so now I’ve been referred to the hospital! I’m trying to worry but it’s hard. Just have to wait for the results to come back.
