Coming Off Mirtazapine

How have people found it? I’ve been taking my tablet (20mg) on alternate nights for a week & tonight is my last one. I didn’t take one last night & found I took a while to drop off. I’ve been a bit teary & today I feel cold but then the temperature has dropped a fair bit recently. My GP said to see how it goes once I’ve off as to whether I need an alternative.

My insomnia came back unfortunately but then I had to go on antipsychotics which make me really groggy so I sleep for England again! Other than that I came off easily but wasn’t on for long, I just couldn’t cope with the raging hunger. I’m on sertraline, olanzapine and lamotrigine now which seems to work for me.
