Wind is driving me mad

I’ve posted a few times about my gut issues but this one is getting embarrassing. I thought I was reacting to oats, but I didn’t have any yesterday and still had this.
So I am windy, always have been. My guts are rubbish and I have GERD but I mainly control it through diet/lifestyle changes and it’s boring but manageable.
This issue seems to have developed alongside it - could be from ppi/antacids but am not on ppi atm and always use gaviscon advance. I also have gaps when I’m ok but still using the gaviscon etc. so I don’t think it’s med related currently.
So if I’m in of an evening I start farting after dinner - a lot. When I’m out and I can’t let rip the wind sort of builds up inside and comes out (not smelly but it’s loud - to me!) and it’s really uncomfortable. I then go to the loo and let rip but it builds quickly again and then I sometimes get a bit ‘wet’ - not poo usually but just windy liquid - it’s not even mucousy. I used to only get this when I’d overeaten but I don’t eat big portions now.
Ive had loads of cameras/mri/ultrasound in past two years so I really think it’s functional. I am due to do a Sibo test at home but won’t be for a couple of weeks due to work commitments (you eat minimal food the day before then test over 3 or so hours the next morning in an empty stomach).
My diet is already limited due to GERD so I can’t really eliminate more food or eat food not allowed on diet as that’ll make the GERD worse.
If anyone knows what I’m on about and has bright ideas I’d be pleased to hear them.
GP is useless and just rolls out the same old shite!
