Woke up blurred vision muffled hearing dizzy?

I woke up this morning as title..muffled hearing, blurred vision like a grainy effect in front of my eyes, I felt out of it lightheaded , dizzy, I knew if I tried to get up I'd be unsteady and probably faint, it lasted I'd guess ten minutes and then I fell asleep..was ok when I woke later.

Now this has happened three times before in my life since I was a teenager the most recent being last year but those three episodes took a few hours to pass and happened when I was out..this time I woke up like this
I saw my doctor last year on that third episode in my life happening and she did blood tests, all fine apart from being slightly anaemic which is normal for me at 11.6 usually
I have slightly low blood pressure most of the time, my dad and grandad had/have type two diabetes but she tested me on my request last year and it was fine she then put it down to vertigo? but why would I wake up like that this morning if it was vertigo?

My cholesterol was normal at 4.3, unrelated but I had an echocardiogram due to high heart rate which I've had for years and the echocardiogram was just showing leaking heart valve which was trival and Ihave benign eptopic beats so nothing major.
Anyone else had this or have an idea what could have caused it? I will be trying to get an appointment with the doctor this week
TIA

Migraine aura? (Can happen without the headache part)

Benign positional vertigo? Where certain movements trigger the vertigo (dizziness often with nausea and or impaired vision) if you roll over in sleep?
Have a google and see if these symptoms fit?

@fourelementary hi thank you I've never heard of this but looked it up and yes it could be possible? It didn't mention blurry grainy vision or muffled hearing, I didn't feel nauseous at that time but on and off throughout today I have had a fleeting feeling of nausea..strange

@Butterbeanbutterbo hi I do actually get what I think are migraines on and off since early 2020, I get one sided headaches usually my right side with pressure moving over my right eye and nausea that often last three days.. don't remember having one this year but I have mentioned to my doctor about a flickering of lights/wavy lines that has come on a couple of times at the side of one eye and lasts about ten minutes but no headache develops..she said it sounded like migraine but hasn't sent me for any tests.. ..could that be what happened to me this morning I don't know? Both replies here are possible causes I think
