DD has always had a smelly scalp. When she was tiny we thought it was the cradle cap, which we cleared up, then we put it down to her infantile eczema which has alos now gone. She's 3 now and still, when she gets hot her scalp smells. Even after we've washed her hair, I smell it when i'm drying her hair or just brushing it.
She's quite fair so I would see if there was anything on her scalp, which there isn't ... what could it be and can you get a smelly-scalp-shampoo?!
