Itchy foot

So I've noticed that whenever my feet get warm (not burning) I tend to get an itch under my foot. It's in the same place. There's nothing visible or no dry skin. It's been like this a few years now. What is the cause of this?? Weird!!!

Did you figure this out? I get this on the bottom of one of my feet. Not necessarily when it is warm, normally when I get into bed but sometimes in the day?
