Can anyone recommend an iron supplement?

I’ve been told my Hb is a bit low at 92. I’ve had iron tablets from the GP before but they gave me horrible, constant indigestion. I take a multivitamin with iron in it but they said it’s not enough.

Sytron liquid, from the chemists, its prescribable. I started on a tiny dose and built up as my stomach got used to it. Or Spatone from supermarkets or Amazon, ut its a tiny dose compared to Sytron.

Spatone

I had a similar reaction - I can tolerate the vitabiotics ultra iron tablets. Spatone are fine too but lower dosage.

I used floradix when I was pregnant. It's liquid and tastes quite nice

The BetterMe oral iron spray is brilliant! No stomach issues
