I'm joining AXA through work in a few months. How do I find a therapist with them?

I'm a bit confused as to how I search for a therapist in my area even though I have had a Google.
Help please.

What sort of therapist?

Do you have an EAP?

I'm looking for a psychotherapist for a family member.
I was with Bupa and it was a very simple process to find all their approved therapists as they have a website just for that.
I can't find anything similar for AXA
Do you just look through the back website and see if they include AXA?
