chest pains

hi all sorry for a few posts i’ve made just not had much response.
i’ve had ongoing chest pains for about 5 months now had lots of tests done up the hospital and i’ve had no diagnoses i am waiting for a gp referral to cardiology my vitamin b12 is fine and my thyroid is fine slightly low iron levels but just above the borderline.
anyone know if any other blood tests i can request
gp for to rule out i’m mostly worried about cardiac issues and i’m not being seen by a cardiologist for a long while as there’s a long waiting list
any advice please i’m a female 33 ex smoker
pain does not come on with exercise mostly left side pain that radiates to my back.
a few times it has gone down my arm but rarely
i’m lost who to talk to ask gp just keep telling me to wait for referral

How low is your iron? It needs to be at least 70 which is a lot higher than the nhs advise. Have you had a full thyroid panel or just tsh? Vitamin D also needs checking. Presumably they've checked for inflammation?

thankyou for response my serum folate was 4.1 and ferratin was 30
not really sure what these chest pains are sometimes i do get palpitations really feels like cardiac it’s quite stressful that i have not had a diagnose
