Do you think this mole needs checking

I've had it on my arm for years. I had it looked at about 5 years ago and said all was fine. Since then it's slowly got bigger and has a bump on it now. I'm early 30s and it's on my upper arm.

Get it checked out, for peace of mind.

Just go get it checked out for peace of mind. Chances are it’s completely fine, but if it’s not, you don’t want to mess about. Don’t feel you’re wasting your GP’s time.

I've just had some other health issues and didn't want them thinking I'm over reacting 🙈

Don’t let worrying about what they think of you put you off. No-one on the internet can tell you if it’s something to be concerned about. If it’s changing shape and size you should absolutely get it checked out. There’s every chance it’s completely fine, but please trust me that it’s not something to dither about.
