6 Week old- Red raised spots

Hi new mum here! My 6 week old started getting red raised spots on both sides of head, behind ear and neck. Saw the health visitor yesterday and she said it was baby acne. But then today he has had more red raised spots on his chest and belly but no where else. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar rash and what it was? Thank you in advance.

It could be eczema.

Looks like baby acne to me, both of ours had it and it looked exactly like that
