Any opticians? Eye changes and migraines

Hi, about 4 years ago I started with ocular migraines and had clusters for about a month.
I was trying to rule things out and after getting my eyes tested I got glasses and the migraines stopped. Nearly a year later the same happened. Had my eyes tested again, slight change, I got new glasses and the migraines stopped. This happened for a third time.
Then this January I felt my vision wasn't quite right so tried to preempt and had my eyes tested. Lo and behold another change.
About 8 weeks later I experienced a week of migraines but didn't immediately go to the optician as it seemed ridiculous.
Finally I went and it had changed again. New glasses stopped the migraines.

I'm now 6 months on, 2 weeks ago I felt my vision may have changed. I booked an appointment but had to cancel. Today I had a migraine.
Went to the optician and my prescription has changed again, its only slight.

Now I'm wondering would my prescription be changing anyway if I was getting tested too regularly?
Could I be getting glasses but it's coincidence and Im just going to experience cluster migraines anyway?

6 months ago I had a good chat with someone at the opticians and they felt my eyes are just overly sensitive.

Each time I go, I have extra health checks and my eyes are healthy.
I went to see my doctor 6 months ago and they weren't particular interested but did a load of tests to rule things out and nothing to speak off. They prescribed surmitriptan and it didn't do much for me.

Thank in advance for any input!

Do you work on a computer, or spend a lot of time in front of a screen?

I have had this over the last few years, sometimes I just get the aura and then no headache, but have had multiple vision changes, mainly in 1 eye.

I found the blue anti reflective coating helps (think that is what it is called).

I have found now though, when I am using the screen too much, when I stand up all the colours around me are very vivid and I feel pressure in my head/go a bit dizzy, only lasts for a few second. I then within 10 mins get the aura which starts with a flash.

There is also a corridor of LED lights which are motion sensors so come on as you walk along, I find this can trigger the aura too
