Symptoms of IBS along with extreme fatigue.. all tests clear, including for cancer and allergies. The gp cannot find an explanation and hospital appointments are a dead end. The symptoms are controlling a decent way of life as needing to use the bathroom every time you eat is unrealistic. Constant intestine pain too.
Can anyone suggest anything else to try please?

(Not a doctor).
Meditation or other relaxation/stress reduction exercises. Even if you don't think you are stressed.
Exclusion diet to see if anything is triggering it.
Proper strong probiotics (Symprove, VSL3, Optibac).
Could it be excess stomach acid? I have pretty extreme lower abdominal pain when I have too much acid. A PPI keeps it under control.
Look at other symptoms of ME/post-viral fatigue/long covid in case it's that.

Sorry, it sounds miserable for you.
