I have similar but they are the Phonak brand. Brilliant pieces of kit. Have them since 2021, and knock on wood haven't had a problem yet. Occasionally they stop working but I was advised by audiologist to turn them off and back on to reset and that works great, and takes seconds to do.

Have you a button that you can turn on and off to reset? I'm guessing not as the audiologist would have known this, but still.....

Mine were the same price as yours.

It is very unfair/frustrating for you to have to suffer deafness for weeks at a time like this. The product must be faulty.

I don't want to sound like a harridan, but I'd insist on a new set, hearing aids are disability aids in my view and it's obvious that yours are not working properly. In fairness you have given the repairs a good shot, but it's not good enough really is it for £4,000 of an outlay?

I'd ask for a replacement. I couldn't function without mine for an hour not to mind three weeks. Be firm and get new ones. I'd say you are covered under the Consumer Act, or whatever it's called now.
