Been trying HBD to lose a little extra weight plus get a better handle on processed foods/ caffeine/ alcohol consumption which were bloating and making me feel rather rough.
The book goes on about getting your energy back. For me it's tanking. I'm in stage 3 and just feel horrendous. Lost a bit of weight but at the stage where I feel out of breath getting up the stairs.
Anyone else in the same boat? Or any ideas when this will ease cos I'm thoroughly over it.
Also pissed off with this no exercise rule in stages 1-2. It was the only thing that made me feel better in my day. That or chocolate and a bottle of wine... so....
It's not my fave thing right now so wondering if anyone can reassure. Is there any point to this. It wasn't about being the size of a peanut. It was about feeling MORE energised and in control. I'm going to bed most days for a nap.
Help me please. Any advice.
