I've been having a colicky/acid like feeling under my ribs on the left side, quite high up. I can't get comfortable, it's coming and going. I was sick once yesterday evening and had Diarrhoea in the morning, so not sure if just a noro bug. I haven't eaten much as lost my appetite. Any ideas?
