Heart murmur

My husband (64) went for a pre op assessment yesterday and was told he had a heart murmur. He has a GP appointment on Monday .
should I be worried , he has no symptoms , very active etc.

No, don’t be worried. Lots of people have them and don’t know, because they aren’t checked.

i think two valves were mentioned if that makes a difference.
He was anaemic earlier in the year if that is relevant
