Sounds like you must be allergic
Try putting some callamine lotion on

i use them alot they only cause slight redness, i put it on my inner arm though and its come up like a big red circle, it's puffing up a bit

What does it say on the instructions?
Does sound like allergy especially if it is puffing up.The skin on your inner arm is thinner i think.

the instructions just say a rash could occur but would disappear within a couple of days.
