Can anyone help?
I’m not sure I’m in the right community for this lol.
I work at a supermarket and in a rush I rolled a cage into the back of my foot quite hard. It really hurt for about 20 minutes but I only had an hour of the shift left so I managed to finish it and thought the pain had somewhat eased off. However after being home for a few hours the pain has become more intense and when I stood up for the first time since getting home the pain was more intense than when I first smacked it. It also feels really stiff as if I’m unable to move my foot up and down. I have a big day in a couple of days so don’t want to be unable to walk, is there anything I can do to make this heal faster? Google has very conflicting information. I have attached a photo from when I first got home however it is now more swollen and bruised. I’m not bothered about the cut but just the pain that feels more muscular and how to stop it hurting. Thanks
