Acne at 30

As the title suggests, I have acne at 30 years old. My skin got bad during the first lockdown. I'd never suffered with acne before this. I can go a week without any spots, and then all of a sudden, I break out, and they are painful. My skin was fine for a few months, and now it's gone terrible again. I'm going to attach some pictures to see if anyone could possibly tell me what kind of acne this looks like. I've been looking online at different types of acne, and I have no idea

Hormone change.
Do ask your GP OP. Don’t much about with products and potions.

Thank you, I may need to visit the GP since everything I'm doing is not working long term

I have hormonal acne on my jawline / chin at age 42. On lymecycline daily and use Epiduo and Azelaic acid topically, all prescribed by a dermatologist. Ask your GP for a dermatology referral. In my experience trying loads of different topical stuff can make it worse.

Azelaic acid may help. Here goes my routine if you would be interested:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf on my face and sun bum on the body
Cicaplast
Azelaic acid
Evening:
LRP moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
